First you get a paper towel and fold it in half. Then heat your iron to medium heat. Cover the candle wax stain with the paper towel. Press the iron to the towel and leave for a few seconds, then move it around the paper towel pressing each spot for a few seconds until all candle wax has been absorbed.

Safe Way To Clean Costume Jewelry

Graham Haley author of Haley’s Hints has this great tip on how to clean costume jewelry. It is so easy and very inexpensive. Here are his instructions:

Take two denture tablets and dissolve them in water. Place your piece of costume jewelry in the solution and let it soak for 30 minutes. Remove jewelry from solution and see how sparkly clean it is.
