Womans Day magazine had a great little article about this topic. These exercises are from Teresa Tapp, creator of the T-Tapp workout method.

Posture exercises to do while sitting:

Align knees with ankles and hips, and point toes forward. Press feet into the floor until you feel your glutes (buttock muscles) tighten (hold for 4 seconds). Then lift your big toes while keeping the balls of your feet firmly on the floor (hold for 4 seconds).

Press lower back against chair and suck in tummy (hold for 4 seconds). Then lift ribs, pull shoulders back and push knees out toward little toes (hold for 4 seconds.) Repeat 4 times.

Found a great article in Health magazine with these tips:

Lack of sleep effects so many aspects of your life from job performance and sex life to overall health. In women, it has been linked with feelings of hostility, depression, and anger, as well as higher risks of diabetes and heart disease.

1. Get rid of annoying noises - Listen to a relaxing CD or white noise to shut out snoring spouses or other irritating evening sounds.
