You have probably heard about the relationship between exercise and depression - exercise can help lessen depression. Yoga has fabulous benefits such as improved posture, more flexible muscles which makes you less prone to injury, reduced tension throughout your body and respitory benefits. Yet, the practice of Yoga always sounds time-consuming and looks painful.
