The internet has made it easier than ever to get published. With free blogging software, like blogger, you can started for free! People use blogs for all sorts of things. They promote their business, express political views, and even write novels as blog post installments! Of course, I can think of dozens of ways to to get published online, but I’ll cover one very simple and common way.

However, it is one thing to publish, and another to have people read your stuff! The simplest way to promote your article is to submit it to a Press Release Website or a Free Article Directory. Search for Press Release Submission sites on the net. Some are free, and some are paid. One popular free press release site is pressbox.co.uk.
PublishMyself.Net has a big list of Free Article Directories. You can submit your article to one or many of these sites, and use them to promote your other projects, or to gain recognition as an expert.
